Sacred Five for hair growth
I have, as many of us do, always felt that my hair is too thin, too short, too long, too frizzy, or any other “too” that there is. But one thing I’ve known for some time (the last few years) is that my hair is too thin, and that’s true. I blamed it on genetics, like many of us do, until I met my very precious and dear biohacker Agnese. After finishing her studies in London and practising a slightly different approach to health and the body, she became my right hand for all of my health questions. Hair, too. So when she created a hair growth group, I may not have been the first to enrol, but I was certainly close. Since then, I’ve been massaging, oiling, and drying my hair just the way she is teaching us to do, and I must say the results have been not only great but visible. In places where I thought my hair wouldn’t grow genetically, it finally does. Here is the list of things I use (and that’s all because of her).
Enchant Growth
Madara Boost (my choice)
This is a three-minute growth boost that I like to leave in my hair for longer, pairing it later with the Growth Shampoo, Conditioner, and Repair & Dry Rescue Mask.
Weleda Hair Tonic with Rosemary
This one not only helps to reduce hair loss but also acts as a natural treatment for hair and scalp problems, such as dandruff and dryness. Rosemary has been used for centuries to stimulate circulation, while other key ingredients in this, like stonecrop and horseradish, work to reduce microbial development. Massage it in after washing and before drying your hair, or apply to dry hair in the morning. It does not need to be washed out.
Rasa Botanicals Elixir for Beautiful Hair
A very special, natural, plant-based product from Latvia. "The plant extracts are rich in water-soluble vitamins and antioxidants and have rejuvenating, scalp-moisturising, and hair-growth-promoting properties. The product is water-based (oil-free, silicone-free), so it won’t damage your hair."
Scandinavian Bio Labs (That one is on me.)
I used it together with their shampoo and conditioner. The only issue is that they suggest using it every day, which means washing your hair every day. I haven’t done that, but even washing my hair every third day, I’ve seen some results.
Dermo Roller
A dermo roller, usually used for the face, was suggested to us to use on the scalp, which I do every week. You have to follow the disinfection instructions to be on the safe side and avoid spreading bacteria, but otherwise, it’s easy and very effective. I have seen results.

Wooden Brush
By Agneses instructions I bought this on from Amazon
Of course, there are other things, too, like a proper shampoo, washing and drying techniques, as well as a healthy body, which all play a big role. But at least these are the easiest parts, and they do work.
