Not only is their produce fantastic, but also their work ethic as they use the highest quality ingredients such as AOP butter, AOC flour, and other products from the Rhône-Alpes region. Although their fame does rely on their sexy little filled brioches, one needs to remember that there is so much more to taste there, for example, croissants, pain au chocolat bicolore, stunning chausson aux pommes with caramel, open croissants with unimaginable fillings, pain suisse (puff pastry filled with vanilla cream and chocolate chips) and so many babkas.
