Not only does Signe have an eye for selecting the best recipes, setting tables beautifully and pairing what’s on the plate with amazing wines, but she also contributes to a feel-good atmosphere that is unique when it comes to cooking classes. You will leave a weekend with Signe with a bunch of new friends, a bit sad it’s over, but happy in the notion that you have new cooking skills, new wine experiences and new friends who will feel exactly the same way you do.
