White bean and almond humus

Ingredients

230 g drained “I love eco” white beans
2 tbsp almond butter
2 garlic cloves
30-50 ml liquid from the beans
1 tbsp lemon juice
sea salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
smoke paprika powder, if desired

serving suggestions:
Olive oil with rosemary or thyme, I use “Selection by Rimi” olive oil with rosemary 
freshly ground black pepper

Prepare

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process, adding just enough liquid to make a paste the consistency you like. Remove to a serving tray, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with pepper. Serve.
