Jambon breakfast plate

Béarnaise sauce
4 or more eggs, if needed
8 slices ham
fresh bread


Freshly boiled soft egg, farm-raised pork jambon blanc, just prepared Béarnaise sauce and crunchy baguette. One of the most decadent and filling morning plates there are. At least for me. Something I would serve not only for breakfast but lunch and dinner too, which would go perfectly with a bowl of leafy lettuce.
