Dessert cheese toast

A simple and fantastic dessert for those who do not indulge in a sugary dessert but still want that fine finish to a meal.

freshly cut slice of baguette
a generous piece of Saint-Félicien cheese
sprinkle of honey
pinch of freshly ground pepper


Put the cheese on the bread, sprinkle over honey and some pepper grains. Serve like that or with a sip of Grand Marnier Cuvée du Centenaire.
