Caviar burrata

Burrata. With caviar. A combination so simply divine. So far, my most beloved combination to enjoy.


1 burrata
50 g caviar
2 tsp mild extra virgin olive oil
a tiny bit of salt


Take the burrata out of the fridge an hour before serving. Spread caviar over the plate. Top with burrata, pour over oil and add salt. Serve.
