Quenelles de Lyon

This white chocolate candy, filled with two pralines, is a famous creation of Lyonese chocolatier Voisin in honor of one of the most traditional foods in Lyon: quenelles. It is filled with a duo of Piedmont hazelnut praline with cocoa bean nibs and crunchy Valencia almond praline. Significantly far from the original quenelle dish (that is, egg white dish), yet very traditional to Lyon and a great treat to take home.
