Belazu harissa paste

I do have a profound love for harissa paste. I might be blamed for eating it too often and using it too much in the recipes. I know. That is my weakness, as is my wish to try every new harissa paste I see. Sometimes, it is a waste of money, but not in this case. It was the day when I entered Alice Delice and left it with a jar of Belazu smoked harissa neatly placed in my only free space in my little bag. 

Belazu harissa paste - the smoked one and rose, to be fair, are harissas like no other I have ever tried. Deep like the deepest water of the ocean in both looks and taste, they, although there is no perfection in the world, taste like perfection, and hopefully, they will stay like this for many years to come so that I have no need to experiment ever again. Maybe.
