Chocolate coffee sauce

When it pours out on a ice cream or panckaes, it maked the world stop. Sweet, since made with milk chocolate, it gives pleasure to every milk chocolate lover.

Ingredients

250 ml sweet cream
90 ml espresso
200 g milk chocolate, in small pieces
1/2 vanilla bean, seeds only
sprinkle of sea salt

Prepare

In a pot, add the cream with the espresso and heat until the first bubbles form. Turn off the heat, add chocolate and vanilla seeds and let sit for one minute. Then stir until you have a uniform mixture. Cool, pour into a jar or bottle and keep refrigerated. Serve with pancakes, vanilla or hazelnut ice cream, pour on Sunday porridge and eat like that.
