Dinner for 1. Mushrooms

Heat the pan and add 2 tbsp mild extra virgin olive oil. When hot, add cut champignons and 1/3 tsp finely chopped rosemary. Fry on medium-high heat, mixing from time to time, until they become soft. When it feels like mushrooms are ready, raise the heat and fry until they get golden. At the end, add salt (that is important, as salt extract moisture, and we want that moisture to stan in those mushrooms, so adding salt at the end is much wiser).

Add 1 tsp finely chopped parsley and 1 tsp chopped basil. Mix in. Serve sprinkling with either freshly ground smoked pepper or simple black pepper. Serve like that or with some cheese.
