Paris notes. Day three

Paris notes. Day three. After Wednesday’s Bodysphera treatment, when it felt like I’d lost all the water — and whatever else there was left to lose — from my body, and since Thursday was a bit of a party: champagne, wine and food day, there was no way I was leaving Paris before doing one last “cleanup”.

So I headed to the procedure in the 16th, and had just enough time before the train to get my coffee at Café Nuances on Rue Trémoille, before that sorting myself out for that day’s dinner and the next day’s breakfast at Cyril Lignac Pâtisserie — with a croissant, a buckwheat bread and an ourson (that incredibly marshmallowy bear coated in dark chocolate).

And yes, there was that crisp and fresh morning run along the Seine and around the Jardin des Tuileries. It definitely helped with the headache. You know 🙈
